Q: What are the check in and check out times?

A: You can check in any time after 2:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM.

Q: What if I have to cancel my reservation?

A: Though we certainly hope you don't, if you find you must cancel your reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Please remember that all deposits (1 night) are non-refundable and non-transferable to another guest.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in loss of any/all deposits made.
• Should you need to cancel, the deposit is valid through the end of the calendar year (CAMPING SEASON) of the cancelled reservation.
• No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

Q: Can we bring our pets camping with us?

A: Yes, Shady Grove welcomes pets of all kinds; however, leashes are REQUIRED at all times. You also must be ready to present their rabies paperwork at the office upon check-in. We do not allow invisible fences.

Q: Are campfires allowed, and can I bring my own firewood?

A: Yes, campfires are allowed on-site. You are also permitted to bring your own firewood as long as it is not from out-of-state... and is nail-free!

Q: Can we request a specific campsite?

A: You sure can! Please note, however, that granting site requests is based on availability.

Q: Can we have visitors while camping?

A: Yes, you are allowed to have visitors at your campsite. However, all visitors are required to register at the office and the park office and are responsible for any/all applicable fees.

Q: Do you have seasonal sites?

A: Yes, seasonal camping is a great deal we offer at Shady Grove Campground. Please check for availability!
